Frequently asked questions
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. After a first inspection we propose a schedule and a scope, and you receive a written plan with agreed rates. Nothing outside the agreed scope is done without approval.
Can you report back to trustees or owners?
Every visit is documented with photographs and a short written summary that can be forwarded to trustees, owners or a managing agent.
Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
We respond as quickly as capacity allows and are honest when we cannot. For regulated emergency work we will tell you when a licensed specialist is required.
